Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump worked at the fry station during a visit to a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania on Sunday. The visit was part of his campaign efforts, countering his Democratic rival Kamala Harris’ claims of working at the fast-food chain during college, which Trump has denied.
At McDonald’s stop, Trump put on a black and yellow apron, and cooked batches of french fries, joking it was something he had “wanted to do all my life”.

He interacted with McDonald’s staff during his visit and also served food to customers at the drive-through.
A crowd gathered outside the McDonald’s in Feasterville-Trevose, located in Bucks County, a key swing voter area just north of Philadelphia.
“I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala at McDonald’s,” said Trump, and he handed out orders to customers through the drive-thru window during his visit to McDonald’s.

“Look at the crowd over here. They are so happy because they have hope. They need hope,” he said.
After handing out takeout bags to customers in the drive-thru lane, Trump leaned out of the window, still wearing his apron.

With the US presidential election just over two weeks away, both candidates, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, are making regular stops in Pennsylvania. Harris visited two churches on Sunday, while her Republican rival chose a different kind of American institution: a McDonald’s, where he accused Harris of lying about her previous employment at the fast-food chain.
